KRAUL invites you to swimming lessons and swimming improvement courses at the CASCADA Sports and Recreation Center. The universal nature of the facility - a 16-meter swimming pool with three 1.5-meter-deep lanes and a wading pool - allows us to offer lessons to children from the age of 4 as well as school childrens at all levels of swimming skills.

WADING POOL CLASSES FOR CHILDREN 4-6 YEARS OLD

- Active swimming lessons in the form of fun. With a group of children work instructors who are in the water with the children!  Classes, in the first phase, are aimed at familiarizing children with water, and then learning correct swimming habits.  Fascinated by fun, children quickly acquire the ability to dip their heads into the water while consciously holding air in their lungs. The next stage of learning is to swim on their backs and stomachs with colorful instruments and boards until suddenly "teaching aids" become unnecessary. We will help you choose a group with a swimming level suitable for your child.

On the swimming lanes - improving swimming

CHILDREN AND YOUTH AGED 6-16

Classes are held in three advance groups on dedicated and exclusively available swimming lanes.  Each group, consistent in terms of level and age range, is led by one instructor adjusting the methodology to the psychophysical capabilities of the students.
Due to the specifics of the CASCADA pool (depth of 1.5 meters), participants in the course must already have basic swimming skills.
- FIRST GROUP - learning and improving swimming in four styles, elementary jumps into the water.
- GROUP SECOND - perfecting the technique of the four swimming styles, jumping into the head.
- GROUP THIRD - perfecting the technique of four swimming styles, elements of sports technique and work on fitness.

The pool is available exclusively for the students!
